Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of 6-8 staff members including Senior, Account, and Associate Account Managers
  • Ensure client satisfaction and manage team performance against AFS metrics
  • Provide training, feedback, and complete salary and performance reviews
  • Resolve at least 50% of escalated service issues
  • Maintain a caseload of approximately 50 clients
  • Provide design and consulting services to assigned plans
  • Cultivate existing client relationships and communicate with financial professionals, attorneys, and CPAs
  • Assist with client/broker outreach initiatives such as seminars and webinars

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in nondiscrimination testing
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience
  • Credentials with a nationally recognized organization (ASPPA or NIPA)
  • Strong knowledge of ERISA and Internal Revenue Code and Regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
  • Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Pension Pro
