Team Leader C++

Responsibilities

• Manage the engineering team by understanding individual strengths and assigning tasks to match development goals
• Own communication with stakeholders, structure requirements, set priorities, and ensure delivery commitments
• Handle team capacity planning, including tracking load, forecasting needs, and implementing new processes or tools
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, and implement measures to improve team performance
• Oversee code reviews to maintain high quality and support the professional growth of engineers

Requirements

• Proven experience in hiring, interviewing, and facilitating professional development planning
• In-depth expertise in real-time development with sub-microsecond latency
• Strong background in HFT, telecommunications, game development, or other resource-constrained optimization fields
• Advanced knowledge of modern C++, algorithms, and data structures
• Ability to design and oversee scalable and maintainable software architecture
• Proficiency with Linux systems, networks, and interaction protocols
• Experience with version control and CI/CD tools
• Decent level of written and spoken English for an international environment
