- Collaborate with training, marketing, and product teams to ensure regional initiatives support growth.
- Coach and performance-manage direct reports, ensuring clear goals and a positive team culture.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing sales teams within the education sector or a related field.
- A successful track record of exceeding revenue targets and building strong customer relationships.
- Extensive experience in pipeline management, reporting, and sales forecasting.
- Strong people management skills with the ability to develop and mentor talent.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
