Tech Ops & CRM Specialist (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize marketing funnels, including CRM (HubSpot/GoHighLevel), webinars, and nurturing workflows.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and proactively build reliable systems.
• Collaborate across sales, marketing, and operations teams to launch campaigns and ideas.
• Build automations using Zapier, Make, or n8n.
• Consolidate and clean up data across tools, spreadsheets, and systems.
• Manage user access and platform accounts for the team.
• Deliver dashboards, charts, and visual reporting for leadership.
• Ensure tech projects run on schedule and meet high standards.

Requirements

• Expertise in HubSpot CRM (Deals, Contacts, Automation).
• Experience with sales and marketing technology integrations.
• Strong data management skills (Google Sheets, Excel, etc.).
• Automation experience (Zapier, Make, or similar tools).
• Familiarity with technical setups (domains, email, UTM tags, tracking pixels).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English and remote teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Email deliverability expertise.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Basic SQL or database skills.
