Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own the technical presales phase: lead discovery sessions, demos and solution alignment
  • Serve as primary technical point of contact for assigned customer accounts
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and align solutions to business objectives
  • Oversee end-to-end technical delivery with internal product and delivery teams
  • Provide technical guidance during presales and post-sales phases
  • Monitor service performance, track SLAs and act as escalation focal point for breaches
  • Track and manage support requests; identify recurring issues and recommend improvements
  • Identify expansion opportunities and support account growth
  • Collaborate with planning teams to execute the commercial roadmap
  • Identify risks early and create mitigation plans to keep projects on track
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, integrations and best practices
  • Analyse customer product usage and performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities
