Technical Analyst

Responsibilities

• Draft system requirements including quality attributes like usability, security, and scalability
• Create data dictionaries, data flow diagrams, and other technical artifacts
• Document functional requirements and product features for engineering implementation
• Formulate and maintain the main product backlog
• Evaluate stakeholder needs and internal workflows to define product requirements
• Conduct stakeholder meetings and analyze process information
• Document software implementations, decisions, and supporting reasons for future reference
• Use process mapping and flow-charts to develop software solutions
• Provide data-driven recommendations to impact product roadmaps
• Coordinate complex research and analysis from idea generation through implementation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or similar experience
• Advanced experience with SQL Databases, including complex joins, CTEs, and ad-hoc analysis
• Experience with ETL processes
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to troubleshoot data inaccuracies and identify root causes
• Experience with Jira and Confluence preferred
• Scrum experience and certifications strongly preferred
