Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key member of the Customer Success team focused on retention and expansion of large Enterprise accounts in the MENA region.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to drive increased adoption of the Hightouch platform within client organizations.
  • Deliver organized, timely onboarding of new customers through effective project management.
  • Advise clients on technical best practices to maximize use of Hightouch products and platforms.
  • Provide proactive technical guidance and expertise across all solutions.
  • Work with Support, Engineering, and other teams to resolve technical escalations.
  • Identify customer use cases and relay product feedback to Engineering to inform product development.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years' experience in client-facing or technical roles
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Experience with technical projects (APIs, databases, reporting tools)
  • Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep curiosity about customer data and business operations
  • Demonstrated empathy and customer-centric mindset
  • Experience with SaaS and Enterprise software products
  • Interest in data warehousing, CDP, or AI platforms
