Wynd Labs is an early-stage startup on a mission to democratize the future of AI through Grass, a network sharing application that allows users to share unused bandwidth and earn rewards.

Responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between management and engineers to ensure clear communication
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams
• Troubleshoot engineering process issues and optimize onboarding for new members
• Own and maintain developer documentation
• Act as a thought partner for the product roadmap by collaborating with the CEO, CTO, and customers
• Contribute to newsletters, blog posts, and release notes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• Background as an engineer or in a cross-functional technical role at an early-stage company
• Experience in a customer-facing or stakeholder-facing role
• Experience writing code professionally or as a hobby
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) including networking and security
• Proficiency with Go, NextJS, ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), Chakra UI, RESTful APIs, and Git
• Experience developing applications in TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, and/or Go
• Strong product sense and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing external-facing developer documentation
