Technical Client Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Architect, review, and refine technical documentation and process workflows
• Facilitate engaging virtual and live training sessions on client service systems
• Produce high-quality recorded modules for the Learning Management System
• Coordinate and document annual audit and tax feedback for training opportunities
• Act as lead liaison with audit and tax partners to synchronize on standard operating procedures
• Maintain and evolve the firm's resource library
• Partner with service teams to build workflows within the Project Management System
• Document workflows affected by General Ledger implementations and lead internal rollout strategies

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the alternative asset industry (Venture Capital or Private Equity preferred)
• In-depth understanding of US GAAP and partnership accounting
• Proficiency in Notion, Microsoft Excel, and industry accounting systems (Xero, FundCount, or Dynamo)
• Ability to translate complex concepts into manageable workflows
• Self-motivated with ability to thrive in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA certification
• Experience as an external auditor
• Direct Aduro-specific experience
