Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality, technically accurate content for developer audiences including API docs, SDK guides, tutorials, technical blog posts, and release notes.
  • Audit existing documentation and content assets; prioritize and deliver quick wins to improve clarity and discoverability.
  • Translate complex technical concepts, code samples, and workflows into clear, engaging narratives.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and developer relations to collect technical inputs and validate content accuracy.
  • Maintain documentation repositories and workflows (Markdown, Git/GitHub); contribute to docs frameworks and CI processes.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar, measure content performance, and iterate based on analytics and developer feedback.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with blockchain, Web3 infrastructure, or cloud developer tooling.
  • Familiarity with documentation frameworks such as Docusaurus, Hugo, or MkDocs and CI for docs publishing.
  • Experience producing code samples, SDK guides, and hands-on tutorials in JavaScript/TypeScript or Rust.
  • Strong editorial skills with attention to detail, style consistency, and developer UX for docs.
  • Experience using analytics and A/B testing to iterate on content performance.
