Technical Content Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop clear, concise, and actionable customer communications for new product features, updates, and service changes
• Manage change communications through an enterprise product-notification platform
• Partner with engineering and marketing program managers to gather requirements and clarify technical information
• Translate complex technical concepts into accessible, customer-friendly content
• Manage multiple small content projects concurrently with different stakeholders and deadlines
• Coordinate reviews and drive content through approval and publication processes
• Maintain high attention to detail across messaging, formatting, and technical information

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in content creation, technical writing, or change communications
• Demonstrated ability to create audience-appropriate written content
• Strong editing and proofreading skills
• Experience translating technical information into actionable guidance
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously
• Strong relationship-management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience writing customer-facing communications for enterprise software or cloud services
• Experience supporting product launches or feature releases
• Familiarity with content-management systems or structured publishing workflows
• Experience writing for large, global, or enterprise customer audiences
• Familiarity with enterprise productivity and collaboration technologies
