Technical Delivery Officer

Responsibilities

• Technical consultation with case managers and internal teams to define and deliver hearing room setup and client support.
• Innovation and R&D, helping to evolve how we deliver services with the latest AV and video technology.
• Hearing room deployments, installing and configuring AV/network setups, running proceedings as a live event technician.
• Designing and documenting custom solutions for complex hearing environments.
• Operating bespoke software and supporting court reporters and transcription teams.
• Partnering with the video services team to plan, shoot, and produce company content.
• Researching and trialling new video and streaming technologies for service development.
• Providing client support both onsite and remotely, including guidance and troubleshooting during live hearings.
• Creating and editing internal and external video content.
• Ensuring processes, timelines, and quality standards are met during installations and setups.
• Assisting with other project or admin duties as required.

Requirements

• Bright, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-moving and varied environment
• Awareness of AV, multimedia, and networking technologies; keen interest in legal tech and live event support
• Strong technical audio knowledge
• Experience creating, editing, and producing video content for professional settings
• Passion for new technology and R&D, especially in video, streaming, and hybrid environments
• Comfortable being client-facing and providing support during live hearings
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
• Able to multitask and perform under pressure
• Confident team player with a flexible, proactive mindset
• Willing to work remotely and travel regularly for project work; flexibility essential
• Working hours are 9:00 am – 5:30 pm (evening/weekend work may be required)
