Technical Deployment Lead

Responsibilities

• Own the technical delivery plan for multiple interdependent work streams and translate business objectives into roadmaps
• Run day-to-day engineering execution, tracking delivery across FDE and customer teams
• Embed with customer teams to land production deployments, map workflows, and lead change management
• Partner with Product and Research to ensure platform components support deployment goals
• Codify solution patterns and extract reusable patterns to improve product and models
• Own value cases and ROI by setting impact hypotheses, baselines, and KPIs

Requirements

• 7+ years of customer-facing technical delivery leadership
• Proven track record leading large, complex, high-stakes customer engagements
• Experience shipping AI/LLM systems and understanding production pitfalls
• Ability to move between system-level understanding and execution-level detail
• Strong technical fluency and ability to pressure-test architectures
• Expertise in at least one major sector (e.g., healthcare, energy, financial services, semiconductors, IT)
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to be onsite with customers
