Technical Eligibility Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform technical tasks supporting the Eligibility Department, including loading Triple E files and manual eligibility updates
• Enter and modify eligibility data accurately in Luminare Health systems according to established procedures
• Respond to telephone, written, and electronic inquiries from employees, members, clients, and co-workers
• Provide quality service through timely and accurate data management

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum three years of eligibility experience
• Exceptional data entry skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders including providers and clients

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Previous leadership experience
