We started with open-source product analytics and have since shipped more than a dozen products, including a built-in data warehouse, a customer data platform, and PostHog AI. We are a product-led, well-funded, and highly efficient company focused on shipping fast and giving our engineers massive autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Define complex problems and iterate on solutions through user feedback
• Own a large set of problems end-to-end within an autonomous small team
• Act as a Product Engineer, driving both technical implementation and product decisions
• Ship high-quality code and products at a rapid pace

Requirements

• Background as a technical founder
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote, async-first environment
• Strong product mindset with the ability to talk to users and iterate based on feedback
• High level of technical competence and drive to solve big problems
