Technical Implementation Lead

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise customer implementations from kickoff through full platform adoption
• Configure and deploy monitoring, alerting, and automation policies directly within customer environments
• Set up and tune systems across monitoring and RMM tooling
• Troubleshoot network, security, and infrastructure issues alongside customers
• Script and automate implementation workflows and integrations to reduce manual lift
• Act as a technical translator between customers and the product team to drive platform improvements
• Build and refine a repeatable implementation playbook to scale across the customer base
• Provide technical expertise during sales calls to assist in moving deals forward

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in a hands-on technical role at an MSP or as a corporate IT administrator
• Direct experience with scripting, server administration, and network deployment (including firewalls)
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and RMM platforms
• Proven ability to configure, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues independently
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical details for customers and internal teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at an MSP or software provider serving the MSP market
• Prior exposure to ITSM or ITIL concepts
• Experience building implementation playbooks or repeatable technical processes from scratch
• Interest in growing into a future team leadership or Director-track role
