Technical Implementation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage concurrent Fluxx software implementations for multiple customers within scope and timeline
• Collect and confirm product configuration requirements using blueprints, templates, and prototyping
• Leverage programming knowledge to meet customer requirements and enhance platform experience
• Utilize project management techniques to ensure scope, timeline adherence, and customer satisfaction
• Oversee data migration including readiness, execution, and iteration
• Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with Product, Support, and Engineering teams
• Educate customers on software use and personalized system features
• Communicate project status to technical and business stakeholders
• Document and report project activities regularly to teams and stakeholders

Requirements

• 3-5 years professional experience configuring software, eliciting requirements, and business process analysis
• Strong familiarity with agile project management principles, tools, and techniques
• Proven ability to present technical information and lead customer meetings
• Strong analytical skills translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Experience with data migration processes and principles
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and process information quickly
• Demonstrated teamwork, leadership, and collaboration skills
• Creative problem-solving track record
• Self-motivated, independent worker with positive attitude
• Familiarity with scripting including CSS, HTML, Liquid, or Ruby
