Technical Integration Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical contact for the partnerships team, joining meetings and leading demos of completed integrations.
• Review partner technical documentation and compare data handling (including MISMO fields) to Vesta's systems.
• Support product managers by providing technical context, triaging partner questions, and advocating for optimal integration workflows.
• Guide integrations from testing through launch, coordinating certification and troubleshooting issues.
• Serve as a technical resource for the implementations team to ensure seamless customer setups and maintenance.

Requirements

• Experience working on the technical or integration side of a mortgage technology company.
• Deep understanding of how mortgage systems are built and how they interface with one another.
• Ability to quickly assess partner technology and identify integration risks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a resourceful approach to technical challenges.
• Ability to build long-term, trusted relationships with both external partners and internal colleagues.
