Technical Migration Expert - AS400

Responsibilities

• Assess AS400 system architecture, data structures, and dependencies to develop a comprehensive migration roadmap.
• Lead the technical configuration and deployment of Zoho CRM, CPQ, Zoho Books, Field Service, and Inventory Management.
• Execute ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) operations to migrate financials and critical records from AS400 to Zoho Books.
• Perform data mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy against legacy reports.
• Develop and execute test scripts for functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot migration issues, resolve defects, and ensure compliance with security and data governance requirements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in ERP migration, system integration, or enterprise applications.
• Proven hands-on experience migrating from AS400 or similar legacy systems to modern ERP solutions.
• Strong proficiency in the Zoho ecosystem, including CRM, CPQ, Books, Field Service, and Inventory.
• Expertise with data migration tools, ETL processes, and API integrations.
• Solid understanding of financial and accounting processes to ensure data integrity during migration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
