Technical Product Associate, Lifecycle

Responsibilities

• Manage the systems, integrations, and customer data that power lifecycle marketing
• Become a Customer.io expert, ensuring data is accurate and available for personalized communications
• Map the complete customer lifecycle and document system architecture and data definitions
• Identify customer events and write requirements for lifecycle triggers
• Configure APIs, webhooks, and integrations to support data flows
• Partner with Engineering to define requirements for new pipelines and validate implementations
• Monitor data quality and troubleshoot integration or synchronization issues
• Translate technical requirements between Marketing, Engineering, and Data teams
• Use AI tools to accelerate documentation, debugging, and workflow automation

Requirements

• 0-3 years of experience in Product, Product Operations, Solutions Engineering, or Marketing Technology
• Technical aptitude with ability to read API documentation and test requests using tools like Postman
• Experience working with JSON payloads and configuring webhooks
• Analytical skills with experience using spreadsheets and dashboards
• Strong systems thinking and ability to map complex data flows
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• High attention to detail regarding customer data and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Customer.io, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Braze, or Iterable
• Experience with Shopify or healthcare technology
• Knowledge of health insurance workflows and compliance
• Familiarity with SQL
