Technical Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the telephony infrastructure across global support operations
• Optimize routing, reduce costs, and drive channel strategy across multiple markets
• Manage relationships with voice and communications providers
• Shape the telephony product roadmap and translate operational requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Coordinate across engineering, Ops/CX, legal, and finance teams to drive execution

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in product management or technical program management
• Technical proficiency in reading API documentation, understanding routing logic, IVR trees, and integration patterns
• Proficiency in SQL for ad-hoc analysis and experience building cost models
• Proven track record in vendor management and commercial negotiations with telecom or SaaS providers
• Experience writing PRDs, managing roadmaps, and prioritizing based on cost and impact
