Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end roadmap for setup, configuration, and administration workflows across the Dashboard, Management APIs, and MCP.
  • Drive the onboarding experience, including organization/project setup, key management, and SDK settings.
  • Define and maintain the product object model to ensure consistency across all user surfaces.
  • Partner with design to build best-in-class admin UX for permissions, access control, and system diagnostics.
  • Manage the API lifecycle, including versioning, migration plans, and deprecation policies.
  • Coordinate with engineering, design, and GTM partners to ensure cohesive cross-surface governance.
  • Lead product launches by creating documentation, migration guides, and operational runbooks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of product management experience, ideally during a growth or scaling phase.
  • Proven experience building admin and management workflows (setup, configuration, permissions).
  • Deep understanding of API-as-a-product, including object models and lifecycle management.
  • Strong expertise in developer experience (DX), including documentation, error design, and SDK ergonomics.
  • Technical fluency to engage deeply with engineers on architecture and system constraints.
  • Knowledge of security and access control patterns (authentication, authorization, and auditability).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or agent-friendly management tools.
  • Experience in the fraud detection or cybersecurity industry.
  • Advanced degree such as an MBA.
