Technical Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end data lifecycle for the device intelligence platform, from signal collection to analytics and APIs.
• Drive the roadmap for device data collection, managing instrumentation contracts, schema evolution, and reliable delivery to Server APIs.
• Partner with product and design to define the roadmap for the Analytics Dashboard, Server APIs, and MCP query experiences.
• Manage the roadmap across interconnected surfaces including the JS Agent, Server APIs, Dashboard, and MCP Server.
• Coordinate with product marketing to execute launches, including messaging alignment, documentation updates, and customer enablement.
• Translate customer feedback and internal needs into prioritized product requirements and technical specifications.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally during a product growth or scaling phase.
• Deep understanding of big data pipelines, including collection, storage, and query requirements at scale.
• Proven experience managing data analytics products.
• Experience with event-level data APIs and understanding APIs as a query layer over high-volume event streams.
• Technical fluency in APIs, system architecture, and server-side constraints like rate limiting and data residency.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with identity, anti-fraud, or data intelligence platforms.
• Experience managing complex customer migrations between major API versions.
• Advanced degree such as an MBA.
