Technical Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize the development team’s project execution
• Oversee multiple technical projects, ensuring clear prioritization and alignment with deadlines
• Implement and refine Agile practices such as Scrum or Kanban
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Monitor and analyze productivity metrics using tools like Hubstaff
• Collaborate with the CTO and developers to remove blockers and optimize workflows
• Establish clear boundaries, expectations, and roles within the team

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in technical project management or a similar role
• Experience managing and coordinating ongoing development projects
• Proficiency in implementing Agile methodologies
• Ability to monitor productivity metrics and identify areas for improvement
• Ability to commit to at least 4 hours per day
• Willingness to work as an Independent Contractor
• Ability to use Hubstaff for time tracking
