Technical Product Manager III

Responsibilities

• Define requirements and manage development processes for the data platform and software infrastructure
• Partner with lab and business stakeholders to optimize workflows and ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, HITECH)
• Translate product requirements into Epics and Stories with clear user acceptance criteria
• Track development and requirement fulfillment using Jira
• Create and operationalize a technical strategy and integrated roadmap for data products and pipelines
• Ensure data integrity throughout the pipeline using technical and process-oriented solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an analytical, technical, or scientific field
• At least 5 years of experience in a software development environment
• Experience within biotechnology and NGS preferred
• Expertise in software feature identification and prioritization
• Experience leading software development for regulated markets (FDA, CAP/CLIA)

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field
• Experience building solutions focused on multiomics, NGS, or proteomics
