Technical Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with business goals and market demands
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap including milestones and dependencies
• Engage with engineering teams to evaluate technical feasibility and architectural tradeoffs
• Translate technical constraints into understandable product decisions for stakeholders
• Define detailed product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications
• Scope and evaluate AI-powered capabilities to deliver genuine user value
• Prioritize feature development based on customer feedback and market research
• Conduct user research and engage directly with customers to identify product opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience
• Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager at a mid to senior level
• Strong technical background with deep understanding of software development processes
• Experience working alongside engineering teams on architectural decisions
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools for productivity and analysis
• Exceptional communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior background in software engineering
• Hands-on experience with data modeling or technical requirements gathering
• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
