Technical Product Manager

Troveo builds the data platform that AI labs and model builders need to train the next generation of models. We have created the world's largest licensed platform of scarce, proprietary data for AI, spanning video, audio, text, and business workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate product strategy aligned with company objectives
• Own products and outcomes end-to-end from concept through deployment
• Design and optimize platforms for large-scale data transfer and ingestion
• Partner with engineers to build high-throughput data pipelines for profiling, deduplication, and transcoding
• Identify pipeline bottlenecks and drive execution across stages
• Use analytics and metrics to prioritize work and measure impact
• Maintain data quality and consistency across the pipeline

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management or similar technical role
• Strong command of SQL and data analytics
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for various audiences
• Structured problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills
• Hands-on, experimental approach to AI technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with video processing workflows (transcoding, metadata handling)
• Experience in content licensing, media tech, or AI training data
• Experience with AWS ecosystem (S3, ECS, Lambda, Glacier)
• Ability to read or write Python
• Ability to build lightweight internal tools using AI technologies
