Job description

Responsibilities

  • Build, implement, and sustain right-sized processes and workflows to empower the organization
  • Support organizational leaders in building effective OKRs and breaking work into portfolios and programs
  • Ensure vertical and horizontal alignment and transparency across all programs and services
  • Drive program and project teams to hit expected delivery goals
  • Facilitate governance and manage escalations end-to-end
  • Drive organizational change and process improvements through a continuous improvement framework
  • Manage planning cycles, schedules, milestones, and risks for complex technical programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues and stakeholders
  • Plan and execute against technical engineering goals and product designs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • 6-8 years of project/program management experience
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering product development
  • Proficiency in communications and stakeholder management
  • Advanced skills in execution, governance, and planning
  • Experience managing organizational change and continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, or project management
  • PMP certification
  • Six Sigma Green Belt
