Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to identify key priorities and spearhead the delivery of special projects and initiatives
• Establish and track metrics to provide insight into progress, completion, and measures of success
• Manage project timelines, resources, and team dependencies to ensure on-time delivery of critical launches
• Drive internal alignment across business, operational, and technical teams to realize roadmap deliverables
• Facilitate communication, manage meetings, escalate blockers, and drive decision-making and resolutions

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, or a similar cross-collaborative role
• Proven experience working within technology start-ups
• Strong technical competency and analytical problem-solving skills
• Experience in leadership or management with technical teams and diverse stakeholders
• Ability to navigate, evaluate, and implement processes and frameworks for maximal efficiency
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly

• A strong interest and desire to learn about blockchain technology and the crypto industry landscape
