Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, and Data Science to define and execute the payments and billing roadmap
• Drive the delivery of improvements for bank account connectivity and verification experiences
• Develop strategies for leveraging technologies like Recurly, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and ACH
• Expand the ecosystem to include integrations like Venmo and Zelle
• Drive workflow strategies and tools to help scale internal teams in managing payment exceptions
• Lead technical integrations with processors, bank SaaS providers, and payment vendors

Requirements

• 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience in Fintech
• Strong knowledge of Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit/debit cards, and payment processors
• Understanding of APIs, SQL, and payment processing mechanics
• Deep understanding of account connectivity tools like Plaid
• Expertise in data analysis to evaluate security vs. customer friction tradeoffs
