Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of customer projects, ensuring successful delivery of use cases within agreed timelines and scope
• Act as the bridge between technical teams, customers, and internal stakeholders
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities based on business impact and customer needs
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, from kickoff to completion
• Define project plans, objectives, scope, deliverables, and KPIs
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and business analysts
• Work closely with customers to understand business challenges and map solutions to their needs
• Translate customer use cases into actionable project plans
• Establish and refine project management frameworks and methodologies

Requirements

• Strong project management experience in AI, SaaS, or data-driven enterprise solutions
• Expertise in managing customer-facing projects
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, data integration, and enterprise software implementation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with agile methodologies, Jira, and project management tools
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
