Job description

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain project plans based on requirements for fixed-cost or progressive projects
  • Manage scrum teams to ensure effective cooperation and collaboration among members
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to facilitate communication throughout the project lifecycle
  • Implement Agile methodologies by conducting daily and weekly meetings to maximize productivity
  • Review sprint outcomes and follow up on demos for various stakeholders
  • Ensure efficient resource utilization and appropriate task division among team leaders
  • Collaborate with business analysts to develop documentation and technical guides for end users
  • Prepare status reports and conduct regular project status meetings
  • Communicate with other Project Managers to ensure adherence to best practices and methodologies

Requirements

  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
  • Proven leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and reporting abilities
  • Ability to multitask and remain delivery-oriented in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work a Sunday to Thursday schedule
