Technical Project Manager, Data Privacy

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations of an AI-powered privacy compliance platform for enterprise clients
• Serve as the primary client-facing contact throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Drive developer accountability by tracking tasks, monitoring quality, and enforcing deadlines
• Proactively surface and resolve technical blockers before they become escalations
• Maintain crisp project documentation, status reports, and executive-level communication
• Act as a product expert and trusted advisor during the implementation phase

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical project management experience in a B2B SaaS environment
• Strong technical fluency with cloud-based platforms and software deployment processes
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple enterprise-level implementations simultaneously
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and support
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Availability to work Eastern Time hours (core overlap through 4 PM ET)

Preferred Qualifications

• Background as a Software Engineer who transitioned into project or program management
• Knowledge of global data privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, or LGPD
