Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the integral planning and execution of software development programs and projects
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leaders to define priorities, scopes, and work plans
• Manage schedules, team dependencies, resource allocation, and risk mitigation
• Facilitate communication between different areas and ensure timely project follow-up
• Translate functional requirements into technical requirements for correct implementation
• Participate in defining technical architectures and support integration and implementation efforts
• Monitor operational metrics and promote continuous improvement initiatives
• Document work plans, best practices, and project management standards
• Communicate progress, risks, results, and retrospectives clearly to stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management working directly with software development teams
• 5+ years of experience in technology companies, preferably under a SaaS model
• 3+ years leading software development projects with defined timelines and delivery dates
• Proven experience in agile methodologies and iterative processes
• Experience managing complex initiatives and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Roadmunk
• Advanced conversational English for effective interaction with international teams

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, Scrum Master, or Scaled Agilist certifications
• Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations, and Support areas
• Ability to influence and lead teams without direct authority
• Experience in large-scale software development organizations
• Ability to thrive in changing environments and manage multiple priorities
