About the Company

Flipper is the creator of Flipper Zero, a portable device for tech enthusiasts and engineers. The team is currently building new products including Flipper One, an ARM-based Linux computer, and BUSY Bar, a smart productivity multi-tool.

Responsibilities

  • Organize the team's sprint work including planning, breakdown, prioritization, and tracking
  • Translate requirements and decisions into clear tasks for engineering and design
  • Track deadlines, dependencies, blockers, and agreements between project participants
  • Maintain the backlog, roadmap, project documentation, and task statuses
  • Document product and technical decisions, requirements, and meeting outcomes
  • Coordinate work across product, engineering, design, and operations teams
  • Run regular team syncs and follow up on decision execution
  • Manage changes in requirements and assess impact on timelines and scope
  • Coordinate operational matters with vendors, contractors, legal, and finance
  • Proactively identify risks and escalate issues affecting timelines or quality

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or Product Operations Manager
  • Experience working within a product or engineering team
  • Hands-on experience running Agile/Scrum processes and managing sprint work
  • Experience owning a product or project from scoping through to release
  • Experience writing requirements, user scenarios, and acceptance criteria
  • Experience managing parallel workstreams, dependencies, and external stakeholders
  • Experience working with vendors, contractors, or operational functions
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle
  • Basic understanding of hardware, firmware, mobile, and backend interactions
  • Ability to break down complex problems into actionable tasks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or above
  • Experience with Jira, Linear, Notion, or Confluence

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with hardware, IoT, or embedded products
  • Background as a Business/System Analyst, QA, or Software Engineer
  • Experience with roadmap tools, process diagrams, or workflow-mapping systems
