Technical Project Manager – Middle East Operations (Dubai based)

Responsibilities

• Manage live UAE customer environments and ensure service continuity, stability, and SLA adherence
• Oversee incidents, change requests, maintenance, and escalation processes
• Plan and deliver system upgrades, enhancements, and technical roadmaps
• Lead on‑prem deployment, configuration and cutovers for Techwan / Everbridge applications
• Administer and automate Windows Server tasks using PowerShell
• Manage SQL Server databases and GIT-based deployments
• Troubleshoot, test, and integrate third‑party systems and APIs
• Support sales and business development with demos, workshops and technical input
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with government and public safety customers
• Coordinate delivery with international teams (France, Italy, Hungary, Switzerland)
• Provide technical leadership and act as primary technical point of contact for UAE clients
