Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage live UAE customer environments and ensure service continuity, stability, and SLA adherence
- Oversee incidents, change requests, maintenance, and escalation processes
- Plan and deliver system upgrades, enhancements, and technical roadmaps
- Lead on‑prem deployment, configuration and cutovers for Techwan / Everbridge applications
- Administer and automate Windows Server tasks using PowerShell
- Manage SQL Server databases and GIT-based deployments
- Troubleshoot, test, and integrate third‑party systems and APIs
- Support sales and business development with demos, workshops and technical input
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with government and public safety customers
- Coordinate delivery with international teams (France, Italy, Hungary, Switzerland)
- Provide technical leadership and act as primary technical point of contact for UAE clients
