Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and deal design, translating customer requirements into structured plans and driving execution through internal project management, quality assurance, and cross-functional coordination
• Manage end-to-end program delivery from data specification and preparation through QA and final delivery, ensuring clear timelines and milestone communication
• Source cutting-edge healthcare data by working with Protege data partners to expand the platform ecosystem
• Oversee QA, packaging, and delivery of complex datasets including EHR, claims, radiology, pathology, and unstructured text
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and privacy preservation in collaboration with internal privacy partners
• Maintain customer-facing presence throughout engagements to ensure alignment and adapt solutions as needs evolve

Requirements

• SQL and Python expertise for querying data, constructing complex patient cohorts, and analyzing data readiness for model training
• Deep knowledge of healthcare data modalities: EHR, claims, radiology, pathology, and unstructured text
• Customer-facing technical program management experience with proven ability to manage expectations and deliver technical outcomes
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and privacy-preserving techniques for healthcare data
• Experience in healthcare AI, ML products, or enterprise data platforms
• Prior startup experience with ability to thrive in ambiguity and own outcomes
