Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of end-to-end project delivery, managing costs, timelines, scope, and risk mitigation
• Drive successful outcomes by delivering projects that realize maximum value for global clients
• Manage commercial and financial aspects, including professional services contracts for Time and Materials (T&M) and Fixed Price constructs
• Coach and mentor technical teams to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Devise and execute critical strategies to manage stakeholders across client organizations and Quantexa leadership
• Work autonomously to drive high standards of quality and best practices throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale, data-driven projects through the full software development lifecycle
• Expert knowledge of project methodologies, specifically Agile, and the ability to scale them across multiple teams
• Extensive experience in stakeholder management within consultancy, professional services, or client-side environments
• Strong technical communication skills with the ability to grasp and mitigate technical issues
• Proficiency in speaking Arabic at a fluent or native level is mandatory
• Ability to travel within the UAE and across the Gulf region as required for client engagements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on complex data-oriented projects for financial services, government, or telecommunications clients
