Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of end-to-end project delivery, managing costs, timelines, scope, and quality standards.
• Drive successful outcomes by delivering projects that realize maximum value for prestigious global clients.
• Manage commercial and financial aspects, including professional services contracts using T&M and Fixed Price models.
• Coach and mentor technical teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Devise and execute critical strategies to manage stakeholders across client organizations and Quantexa leadership.
• Mitigate risks and issues actively while operating with a high degree of autonomy.

Requirements

• Accomplished project management professional with a track record of delivering complex projects.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and the ability to scale them across multiple teams.
• Experience delivering large, complex, data-driven projects through the full software lifecycle.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, ideally within a consultancy or professional services environment.
• Proficiency in speaking Arabic at a fluent or native level is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel within the UAE and across the Gulf region for client engagements.
• Strong technical communication skills and the ability to grasp complex technical issues.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on complex data-oriented projects for financial services, government, or telecommunications clients.
