Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, Product, Data/ML, Design, and IT/Security roles
• Proactively source and engage candidates through job boards, sourcing tools, and technical communities
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Partner with hiring managers to define role scope, skills, and interview loops
• Use recruiting data to improve speed and quality of hiring
• Maintain ATS hygiene and reporting
• Advise hiring managers on market conditions and competitive offers

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in high-growth SaaS or startup environments
• Experience recruiting across Engineering, Product, Data/ML, Design, and IT/Security
• Proven ability to source passive candidates directly
• Working knowledge of technical role requirements for screening and calibration
• Proficiency with ATS (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub)
• Strong communication skills and ability to partner with technical leadership
