Job description

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, solution design, and product demonstrations
  • Own technical validation, proof of concept processes, and security/compliance questionnaires
  • Serve as the primary technical resource for integrations, security posture, MFA, SSO/SAML, and cloud infrastructure
  • Develop and deliver technical training and enablement programs for internal sales teams
  • Maintain demo environments and technical sales collateral
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay field feedback and influence roadmap priorities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or IT Consulting
  • Deep knowledge of cloud IT infrastructure, including SSO/SAML, MFA, and endpoint security
  • Proven ability to deliver technical training and enablement programs
  • Exceptional communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience supporting partner and co-sell motions
