Responsibilities

• Build pipelines through GitHub, technical communities, niche forums, and referral networks
• Craft specific, human, and tailored outreach messages to engage top talent
• Act as the first point of contact for candidates, articulating Vesta's mission and value proposition
• Manage a meaningful req load and maintain multiple healthy pipelines simultaneously
• Utilize AI tools like Claude and purpose-built recruiting AI to personalize outreach and accelerate research
• Partner with hiring managers to define technical requirements and maintain high quality bars
• Track sourcing channel performance and outreach conversion data

Requirements

• 2+ years of technical sourcing experience, ideally in high-growth tech
• Proven track record of creative and proactive sourcing strategies
• Ability to manage high req volume without compromising quality
• Exceptional written communication skills for compelling candidate outreach
• High proficiency with modern sourcing tools and daily use of AI in workflows
• Ability to operate autonomously in an ambiguous environment
