We're seeking a Technical Support Associate for the EMEA region, ready to work weekends and bring high-quality customer experiences. You'll troubleshoot, file bugs, and advocate for improvements. Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer experiences.
  • Help customers in support queues.
  • File bugs and troubleshoot product issues.
  • Advocate for customer and product improvements. Requirements
  • Ability to work Wednesday - Sunday.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, DNS, or web development/design. Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with high-touch customer support.
