We're seeking a Technical Support Associate for the EMEA region, ready to work weekends and bring high-quality customer experiences. You'll troubleshoot, file bugs, and advocate for improvements. Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer experiences.
- Help customers in support queues.
- File bugs and troubleshoot product issues.
- Advocate for customer and product improvements. Requirements
- Ability to work Wednesday - Sunday.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, DNS, or web development/design. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with high-touch customer support.
