Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding technical support to customers via email and chat
- Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships
- Manage and maintain a deep understanding of client solutions to meet KPIs
- Handle sensitive customer data with high levels of care and security
- Communicate effectively with developers and cross-functional specialists
- Stay updated with evolving tools, technology, and customer happiness practices
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (minimum C1 level)
- Proven experience in a technical support role
- Hands-on experience with VPS setup and management
- Strong understanding of Windows Server administration
- Familiarity with trading platforms such as TradingView, TradeStation, or NinjaTrader
- Strong analytical thinking and research skills
- Reliable hardware (at least 8GB RAM) and a stable internet connection (min 50 Mbps download / 40 Mbps upload)

- Expertise in using various CRM systems
