Job description

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding technical support to customers via email and chat
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships
  • Manage and maintain a deep understanding of client solutions to meet KPIs
  • Handle sensitive customer data with high levels of care and security
  • Communicate effectively with developers and cross-functional specialists
  • Stay updated with evolving tools, technology, and customer happiness practices

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills (minimum C1 level)
  • Proven experience in a technical support role
  • Hands-on experience with VPS setup and management
  • Strong understanding of Windows Server administration
  • Familiarity with trading platforms such as TradingView, TradeStation, or NinjaTrader
  • Strong analytical thinking and research skills
  • Reliable hardware (at least 8GB RAM) and a stable internet connection (min 50 Mbps download / 40 Mbps upload)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expertise in using various CRM systems
