Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding support to open-source users and enterprise customers via chat, forums, GitHub, and phone
  • Develop deep technical expertise in GitOps, Argo, and Akuity’s offerings
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve customer issues promptly and accurately
  • Recognize common support patterns and escalate issues to engineering when appropriate
  • Help build and iterate on support playbooks, processes, and systems
  • Contribute to improving Akuity’s documentation to enhance the customer experience

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing support role
  • Experience configuring and troubleshooting Kubernetes infrastructure
  • Hands-on experience with Argo CD in a professional setting
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle, CI/CD pipelines, or GitOps concepts
  • Strong systems thinking skills and ability to identify root causes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using and administering Argo projects (Argo CD, Argo Workflows, Argo Events, Argo Rollouts)
  • Experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and managed Kubernetes services (EKS, AKS, GKE)
