The Technical Support Engineer role involves frontline support to clients using Winnow's AI tools, aiming for food reduction targets. Responsibilities include daily site performance monitoring, technical problem-solving within specific SLAs, and collaboration with global teams.
Requirements Candidates should have a diploma, excellent English and Chinese language skills, experience in customer support, and strong analytical skills. ITIL Foundation and knowledge of operating systems, hardware/software, and SQL are ideal.
