Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, configuration, and troubleshooting for the Sumsub B2B platform
• Perform technical analysis of reported problems and define resolution plans
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal engineering teams to resolve complex issues
• Communicate with clients via chat, email, and outbound calls
• Investigate data-related issues and debug network requests

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in technical support (SaaS, web, or mobile applications preferred)
• Fluent English (upper-intermediate minimum) in both oral and written communication
• Strong understanding of web fundamentals: HTTP, REST APIs, and JSON
• Proficiency using browser developer tools for debugging
• Ability to read and write basic SQL queries

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Postman or similar API troubleshooting tools
• Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools such as Grafana, Kibana, or Datadog
• Understanding of KYC/AML, identity verification, or fintech/compliance domains
