Technical Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Investigate complex platform requests including microservice communication failures and nested configuration issues
• Troubleshoot cross-functional incidents at the boundary of core platform systems and integration modules
• Analyze structured logs in Kibana or OpenSearch using Trace IDs and Session IDs
• Inspect error stacks to localize software or database failures
• Generate detailed bug reports for L3/QA with logs and raw payloads
• Monitor SLA compliance and maintain high independent ticket resolution rates
• Develop technical runbooks and mentor Junior L2 and L1 support lines

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in L2 technical support, systems analysis, or technical operations
• Advanced log management skills with Kibana or OpenSearch
• Practical experience with API testing and debugging using Postman
• Ability to interpret technical error stacks and stack traces
• Understanding of distributed session tracking, OAuth/JWT, and database transaction lifecycles
• Proficiency in Jira (including JQL) and advanced ticketing systems
• Intermediate+ English (B1–B2) and fluency in Ukrainian or Russian
