Technical Trainer

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging instructor-led technical and enablement training programs to customers, partners, and internal audiences
• Maintain and update training materials to reflect product enhancements and evolving business requirements
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content remains accurate and relevant
• Design, create, and maintain hands-on technical assessments and certification exercises
• Support scoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement of certification and partner program content
• Manage client relationships and expectations for assigned accounts

Requirements

• Experience delivering technical training, software training, or enablement programs
• Working knowledge of SQL and general database concepts
• Experience using generative AI tools for content creation or instructional design
• Experience with graphical reporting and data visualization tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with web-based and cloud-based applications
• Understanding of data analytics concepts and dataset creation processes
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and training engagements

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of clinical trials, data review, and clinical research processes
• Knowledge of Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology industry and EDC products
• Knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines and 21 CFR Part 11
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
