Technology Integrations Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the overarching strategy for data flow across retail, finance, and supply chain ecosystems
• Evaluate, select, and manage best-in-class micro-SaaS and middleware solutions like Celigo or Workato
• Lead the strategic modernization of Order Management System (OMS) capabilities
• Ensure technology stack scales with retail expansion, supporting omnichannel fulfillment and inventory logic
• Partner with Finance to ensure NetSuite delivers automated GL mapping and revenue recognition
• Partner with Operations to optimize WMS and Product Lifecycle Management systems
• Manage and mentor a targeted team of individual contributors
• Own relationships, contract negotiations, and SLAs with third-party software partners

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Retail Technology, E-commerce Operations, or Business Systems Architecture
• 3+ years in a leadership capacity
• Deep architectural understanding of NetSuite, Shopify Plus, and iPaaS middleware (Celigo, Boomi, or Workato)
• Strong understanding of retail accounting, inventory valuation, and general ledger impacts
• Proven ability to manage technical debt and prioritize business velocity
• Ability to work full-time hours and adapt to business needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in apparel, jewelry/accessories, or high-growth omnichannel retail
• Experience migrating or optimizing an OMS / distributed order management framework
